Grades 7–12 Athletics & Marching Band Requirements
Physical Exam: Complete annually (parent present for minors). Submit signed hard copy to Athletic Dept.
Online Forms: Complete via Rank One.
Deadline: Mandatory before any activity, including summer camp for 7th graders/new athletes.
Clinic: 202 S McGee St, Borger | Daily 10 AM – 6 PM
