Smart Sites does not currently have the ability to add an image to the entire footer of a page. You can add a logo, but not a watermark or background image.
Using AI, I created some CSS and Javascript that will allow an image to show in the footer. It is all code based (for now), but may get codified into the product at some point in the future.
